Transitional Support
Victoria University at the Visy Cares Hub in Sunshine offers a portal to young people between the ages of 15 and 25 years to transition back into education, training or workforce preparedness while accessing support and advice.
Victoria University’s Youth Strategy aims to assist young people by helping them overcome immediate barriers to their participation in education, training or employment. Our services provide coordinated intake to VU with supported referrals and the case management of students.
